From Highway 101 South
- When driving from the south on US 101 proceed north towards Monterey Peninsula / Carmel.
- Approaching Salinas, CA take the exit marked Monterey Peninsula.
- At end of exit ramp, turn right onto S. Sanborn Road, (signs for Laguna Seca/Monterey Peninsula).
- Continue on S, Sanborn Road 0.8 mi. (Sanborn will turn into E. Blanco Rd.)
- Continue on E. Blanco Road 1.6 mi.
- Turn Left at CA-68/S Main Street
- Continue on CA-68 15.6 mi.
- Take the ramp on to CA-1 S
- Continue on CA-1 S 5.7 mi
- Turn right onto Rio Road
- Go 0.6 miles on Rio Road, the Mission is on the left.
- Make a left turn onto Lasuen Dr, them immediate left into the front parking lot of Mission.
From Highway 101 North
- When driving from the north on US 101, proceed south towards Monterey Peninsula / Carmel.
- Take exit 336 for CA-156 W and merge onto CA-156 toward Monterey Peninsula.
- Continue on CA-156 6.0 mi (CA-156 will merge into CA-1 S)
- Continue on CA-1 S 18.1 mi
- Turn right onto Rio Road
- Go 0.6 miles on Rio Road, the Mission is on the left.
- Make a left turn onto Lasuen Dr, them immediate left into the front parking lot of Mission.
From Highway 1 South
- When driving from the south on California Highway One (CA-1), proceed north towards Monterey Peninsula / Carmel.
- After crossing the Carmel River, turn left at next traffic light (Rio Road).
- Go 0.6 miles on Rio Road, the Mission is on the left.
- Make a left turn onto Lasuen Dr, them immediate left into the front parking lot of Mission.
From Highway 1 North

When driving from the north on California Highway One (CA-1), proceed south towards Monterey Peninsula / Carmel.

After passing Carmel Valley Road, turn right at the next traffic light (Rio Road).

Go 0.6 miles on Rio Road, the Mission is on the left.
