Dear Friends of Carmel Mission,
Can you imagine almost 200 bright, shining, sleek and slender bodies gathered together in one place? Before your imagination runs away with you, I’m obviously talking about cars!
Yes, an amazing array of automobiles, all in our beautifully restored Courtyard at Carmel Mission. It’s that time of year again when classic cars travel from all over the country to be blessed by Bishop Ryan and to preen and purr to their engine’s content.
Wednesday, August 22nd is the date that you need to mark in your calendar, if you have not already done so. It promises to be a truly enjoyable event. It also happens to be our main fundraiser at Carmel Mission, and without it, we would be unable to offer so many ministries and opportunities to grow in our faith.
I cannot thank Frank DiPaola enough for his brilliance at putting this superb event together and for his great generosity towards our parish and school. Frank and his brother Knights of Columbus are the organizers of our Carmel Mission Classic Car Show and have helped it go from strength to strength.
