Baptism

Infant Baptism is celebrated for children under the age of seven.

Faith Formation K-8

Carmel Mission’s Faith Formation classes are held from 10:30-11:30 on Sunday—immediately following the Children’s Mass.  The classes are held for children in kindergarten through grade 8 throughout the academic year. The curriculum is based on the major themes of the Catholic faith balanced in the areas of scripture, prayer and worship, Catholic Doctrine, Christian living, faith-in-action, and fellowship. Most importantly, the sessions are focused on teaching and sharing the love God has for all his children.

Sacrament Programs – First Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation (please link): Our parish sacrament programs engage families and the church community. Sacraments require in-home, family-centered preparation—a process that is guided and supported by the Faith Formation staff. For more information please visit the parish website for individual sacrament eligibility requirements.
