Come Home for Christmas 🎄
I invite you and your family and friends to join us in our beautiful Basilica for one of our Christmas liturgies.
All are welcome here, no matter how long it’s been since you have set your foot inside the door of a Church. Please know that we rejoice to have you with us and to celebrate our salvation in Christ.
We would love for each of you to reach out to a friend who is not a regular churchgoer, and invite them to accompany you. You will be assured of a warm welcome. You will be inspired by the Scripture that is read and by our joyful liturgy. You will be uplifted by our beautiful music and singing.
At 9:30pm on Christmas Eve, our excellent choir will lead us in community Carol singing prior to our celebration of the Vigil Mass of Christmas at 10:00pm
I cannot thank you enough for your constant support of our parish community, our wonderful Junípero Serra School, our amazing Gift Store, our museums, our courtyards, and gardens.
If you have visited us in the past, I’ve no doubt that you have experienced the warmth and kindness of our staff. Each staff member is committed to making our Mission a beautiful place to visit and to step back in time.
I take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones, a Christmas filled with the love of the Christ Child and a New Year filled with peace.
