Dear Friends of Carmel Mission,
Let me reassure you that the gentlemen you will find at their stall in the front courtyard of our beautiful Mission are all members of our local Council of the Knights of Columbus.
They have absolutely no connection with the moneychangers mentioned in the Gospel this weekend. They even accept credit cards!
Each year we celebrate the Feast of Saint Patrick, with a wonderful dinner of spaghetti and meatballs – ooops! , I meant to say corned beef, potatoes and cabbage. It’s the best corned beef this side of the Cliffs of Moher. There will be fun for all, with music provided by that great band, Innisfree.
The Feast begins on St. Patrick’s Day, Saturday, March 17th, at 6:30pm.
